Mark VI Deep Donut System
Perfectly adapted to bakeries and in-stores who want to offer large donuts, this version of Donut Robot® Mark VI has extra space for larger donuts up to 4" (102 mm). The operator delivers raised donuts from a proofer to the Feed Table, which drops them into the fryer automatically. There are two alternatives for cake donuts, the dual automatic depositor or a Type F depositor (with a full selection of plungers). Quality is as good or superior to standard kettle fryers, and almost every donut is possible - even Bars, Twists and Fritters. Capacity is 88 dozen/hour.
