724 Donut System
Belshaw's 724 system can make all varieties of donut. The gas-heated 724 fryer uses 23 x 23 inch donut screens, and may require racks of the same size. But the whole system is capable of moving at a faster pace than the smaller 718L.
Max capacity at 120s fry time: 90 dozen/hour.
