618L Donut System
The 618L free standing electric fryer has a frying area of 18" x 26" which allows for the use of 17" x 25" inch donut screens and racks. Belshaw's electronic control system provides quick heat up and recovery, while maintaining consistent frying temperature to assure quality donuts with every batch.
Capacity is approximately 55 dozen (660 standard rings) per hour.
