CP1-CP2 Cabinet Proofer

16-shelf cabinet proofer with 'Dutch' Doors, specialized for donuts. Replaces the EP18-24 proofer.

Belshaw's new cabinet proofer offers a comprehensive upgrade for fast and consistent proofing of your donuts.

  • Compatible with Belshaw Open Kettle fryers 618L, 718L, 624 and 724.
  • Place donuts on a donut screen, insert them in the cabinet proofer for 30-45 minutes, and then put the screen of donuts straight into the fryer.
  • It's the simplest process for making yeast raised donuts!

Accepts these Belshaw open kettle screens:

  • 618-0007A, 17 x 25 inches (432 x 635 mm), for Belshaw 618L and 718L fryers.
  • 624-0007A, 23 x 23 inches (584 x 584 mm), for Belshaw 624 and 724 fryers
  • Compatible with Donut Robot® Mark II and Mark V systems.
  • Place donuts on a Proofing Tray with Proofing Cloth. (Also see video in "Resources" below)
  • Place in the Cabinet Proofer, leave them for 30-45 minutes, then place onto on the Donut Robot® feed table which transfers the donuts into the fryer.
  • The narrow Proofing Trays will need extra support. Support can be provided by a 17 x 25 inch glazing screen on each shelf.

Accepts these Donut Robot® Feed Table Trays:

  • FT42-0052, 9¼ x 27 inches (234 x 686 mm), for Belshaw Donut Robot Mark II and Mark V.
  • IMPORTANT: these trays are narrow and require additional support. We recommend Belshaw Glazing Screens SL200-0004.
  • Compatible with Donut Robot® Mark VI systems.
  • Place donuts on a Proofing Tray with Proofing Cloth. (Also see video in "Resources" below)
  • Place in the Cabinet Proofer, leave them for 30-45 minutes, then place onto on the Donut Robot® feed table which transfers the donuts into the fryer.

  • FT6-0005, 18 x 27 inches (457 x 686 mm), for Belshaw Donut Robot Mark VI.
