718L Donut System
You can make all varieties of donut with Belshaw's 718L system. The gas-heated 718L fryer uses 17 x 25 inch donut screens and racks, the same standard as many bread baking and other activities.
Max capacity at 120s fry time: 60 dozen/hour.
