Mark II (Gas) Cake + Yeast Raised System
With the addition of a Cabinet Proofer and a Feed Table, a Donut Robot® makes superb yeast raised donuts as well. Even irregular shapes such as Fritters, Twists and Long Johns are possible with this system. Unit is available in Liquid Propane heating fuel with 110V motor/controls requirements.
Capacity is 30 dozen (360 standard rings) per hour.
