With the addition of a Cabinet Proofer and a Feed Table, a Donut Robot® Mark V makes superb yeast raised donuts as well. Even irregular shapes such as Fritters, Twists and Long Johns are possible with this system.
Capacity for this system is 44 dozen (528 standard rings) per hour.
