Century - Mark VI Donut System
This is a fully equipped Mark VI-Deep system with components borrowed from our Century Industrial line. A single section automatic proofer delivers consistent raised donuts to the fryer. A Type F depositor gives a full cake donut selection. You can stop there, or include a glazer and even a rack loader. This is a system that can be shown behind a big window and talked about! Capacity is 88 dozen/hour.
