Esmach SPI-F Fixed Bowl Spiral Mixer

Fixed-bowl spiral mixers, beautifully engineered and crafted by Esmach in Italy.

The SPI-F series represents the pinnacle of spiral mixer technology from a company with a long history of mixers that bakers simply love to use. Expertly made in Italy, the home of great baking!

The mixer arm is geometrically perfect. It follows the bowl walls perfectly, and gives regular, soft and refined dough - even at minimum quantities. A well-balanced ratio between the rotation of the bowl and the spiral arm rotation make for soft, delicate dough treatment. The dough gradually develops by gentle lengthening and pulling. It all leads to reduced mixing times, lower dough temperatures - and dough quality that other mixers can only dream about. 

The SPI-F offers an optional on-board water meter. You can set the amount of water required and the temperature required, and it dispenses automatically and accurately - a huge bakery time saver.
