Donut Robot® Mark II GP
Automatic fryer for fast production of mini donuts. Capacity 102 dozen/hour, with electric power and heat.
Mark II GP delivers consistent, high-quality mini cake donuts. GP models are specialized for fast production of mini ring donuts, with conveyor flight bars that are closer together than those on standard Donut Robot® models. They feature double 1-inch plungers, which create four mini donuts per each conveyor row. While the automated fryer runs, you can focus on other tasks. There's no easier, more dependable way to make mini donuts.
The Mark II GP is compatible with Insider Ventless systems. If your operation requires mini donuts AND standard donuts, choose a standard Donut Robot® with the mini donut kit. For higher capacity of mini donuts, choose Mark V GP.

- Drain and valve. Drains require a hole in the fryer's supporting table.
- EZMelt filter. Keeps your shortening cleaner than any other method, and saves lots of time as well.
- Filter-Flo siphon. Can be used instead of drain and valve, to extract and filter shortening.
- Shortening reserve tank. Enables you to easily insert shortening as needed.
- RS Roller-Submerger system. Enables automated production of ball donuts or cake donut holes about 1½ inches/38 mm in diameter, with even frying and color.
