Donut Robot® Mark II GP

Automatic fryer for fast production of mini donuts. Capacity 102 dozen/hour, with electric power and heat.

Mark II GP produces well formed, high quality mini donuts. 'GP' models are specialized for faster production of only mini rings, with conveyor flight bars that are closer together than standard Donut Robots. They also feature double 1-inch plungers, for 4 mini donuts per conveyor row. If you need to make minis AND standard donuts, then a standard Donut Robot® with the mini donut accessory is the answer. The Mark II GP is compatible with Insider Ventless systems. There's no easier, more dependable way to make mini donuts! And for even more throughput, choose Mark V GP.

See "Related Products" for these and other options (below).

You can also find them at the Donut Robot® Mark II GP system page.

  • Drain and valve. Drains require a hole in the fryer's supporting table.
  • EZMelt filter. Keeps your shortening cleaner than any other method, and saves  lots of time as well.
  • Filter-Flo siphon. Can be used instead of drain and valve, to extract and filter shortening.
  • Shortening reserve tank. Enables you to easily insert shortening as needed.
  • RS Roller-Submerger system. Enables automated production of ball donuts, cake donut holes, or loukoumades about 1½ inches/38 mm in diameter, with even frying and color.
    • A regular Donut Robot hopper is required to accomodate the donut hole plunger. You can choose 1-9/16 or 1-13/16 sizes for the plunger, and the hopper must be the same size.
