This article shows how dedicated a company can be making gluten and allergy free donuts! Not just gluten free - dairy, soy and nut-free as well.

The owners of Freedom Doughnuts have a history of donut making going back generations. But they wanted to make allergy-free donuts that were not just equal to, but better than other donuts.

Of course, a Belshaw automated donut line was their first choice. They are running a Century C6-24G fryer (6 feet long, 6 donuts across), cooling line, and screen loader, installed in 2018. The facility has been certified Gluten-free by the Gluten Intolerance Group.
