Lerch's Donuts & Coffee in Ohio!
For more than 90 years, Lerch's Donuts & Coffee has been delighting customers across Ohio with one simple promise: hot, fresh cake donuts made right before their eyes.
Founded in 1933 in Wooster, Ohio, Lerch's Donuts began as a family business built on tradition, quality, and a commitment to serving great donuts. The company was founded by John Lerch and later operated by his great-nephew, Joe Snyder, and Joe's wife, Gail. In 2018, Adam Geitgey and his father, Dave Geitgey, purchased the majority of the business, ushering in a new chapter while staying true to the values that made Lerch's a beloved fixture at fairs and festivals throughout Northeast Ohio.
Today, Lerch’s Donuts & Coffee operates six mobile donut units, each equipped with Belshaw Type B donut depositors and Open Kettle fryers. They travel to approximately 130 events each year, bringing freshly fried donuts to customers throughout the region.
From county fairs and festivals to community events and private gatherings, Lerch's relies on Belshaw equipment to deliver the consistency, reliability, and quality their customers expect.
"Our mobile units need equipment that can consistently produce thousands of donuts in a wide variety of environments," says Adam. "Belshaw's depositors provide the consistency and reliability needed to keep production moving, while their fryers allow us to produce the hot, fresh donuts our customers expect."

Both Lerch's Donuts & Coffee and Belshaw have spent generations perfecting their craft, and together they embody the dedication, reliability, and passion that have helped keep donut traditions alive for nearly a century.
