Lehi Bakery in Utah!

For April, we are excited to highlight Lehi Bakery, a beloved bakery serving Utah County for decades. Established in 1969, Lehi Bakery's mission is to serve the community by "baking sweet memories.” They currently have four locations (Lehi, Saratoga Springs, Highland, Spanish Fork), and are building a summer location in Garden City, UT.

One of Lehi Bakery's most distinctive offerings is its square donut. The square shape adds a playful twist to the traditional glazed donut, making it a delightful and memorable experience. New customers come into the bakery looking to try this unique treat and remain lifelong fans.

Lehi Bakery relies on a range of Belshaw equipment to support its daily production. The team uses Belshaw Donut Robot® machines to fry square donuts and cake donuts. The bakery also uses Open Kettle Fryers and finishing equipment for icing and glazing.
