This month, we're proud to feature Doughology, a family-owned donut shop serving fresh, handcrafted donuts in Lynbrook and Babylon, New York.

Since opening their doors in 2015, Doughology has built a loyal following through creative flavors, custom donut creations, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for every customer. In 2022, the Brock family took ownership of the business, continuing the shop's tradition of quality while bringing their own passion and creativity to the brand.

Today, Doughology is known for its signature Donut Bar, where customers can customize donuts with a wide variety of icings, toppings, and fillings. From custom orders and corporate events to community fundraisers and appearances by their Donut Truck, Doughology has become a beloved part of the local community.

"Operating a small business is always eventful, but working with equipment such as the Donut Robot® allows us to focus on the really fun parts of the job—making incredible donuts for our amazing customers."
