Deux Becs in Quebec, Canada
Deux Becs opened their doors in 2024 and serves the South Shore community in Quebec, Canada. The team describes the shop as a” place built on character by characters.” This team of truly passionate creators have come together to divert all their energy into donuts. “We refuse to give anything less than our best” Owner, chef and operator Art says.
They focus on quality at Deux Becs, giving a true artisanal experience that isn’t pompous or “stuffy”. In fact, their donuts are very approachable and unique. They stand out through flavors inspired by childhood memories and seasonal ingredients.
Art shared his thoughts on using the Belshaw Open Kettle fryer in daily production. He said, “I now refuse to use anything else. I can go on about the quality and the craftsmanship, but this product down right works. Day in and day out. I will be sticking with Belshaw all the way.”
