Donut Robot® systems enable a single operator to efficiently produce consistent donuts while freeing up time for tasks like finishing, packaging and selling.
Cake donut production (standard donuts, mini donuts and donut holes/balls) requires only a mixer and a hopper with a depositor. Yeast raised donut production (standard donuts, shells and bars) requires a CP Proofer and a Feed Table to manage rolled and cut products prior to frying.
With capacities of 30 dozen (360 standard donuts) per hour with the Mark II to 151 dozen (1,812 mini donuts) per hour with the Mark V GP, the Donut Robot® is the go-to solution for donut makers worldwide. (Capacities are calculated at 120 seconds frying time, or 90 seconds for mini donuts.)
