| ONLY SEE A WHITE SCREEN |
Slow connection, or the file is too big. After some time trying to download, the page times out altogether. |
Go back and Right-click the link, then choose "Save target as...". (Windows) The file will download and save in the folder you choose. |
| TOO SMALL TO READ |
The browser window is too small. |
Try printing the page. Or Right-click as above to see the file in the Adobe Reader window following your download and save. |
| ADOBE READER DOES NOT START UP (CAN'T READ FILE) |
Need Adobe Reader 5 or higher |
Get Adobe Reader by clicking the "Get Adobe Reader" button above. |
| DOESN'T PRINT PROPERLY |
Varies, possibly printer driver. |
When you print, choose the "Print as image" option. In Acrobat Reader 6, choose "Advanced" first. |
