SAFELY ADD SHORTENING BLOCKS

The cube cutter divides blocks into small pieces. It's the easiest, safest and quickest way to handle shortening.

HEATS

Maintains shortening around 200° F/ 93° C so your fryer temperature doesn't have to react to cold shortening.

FAST TOP-UP

Adds shortening ready-heated to the fryer on demand. Pump and motor are heavy duty.

FOOT PEDAL OPERATION

Safer, more convenient operation than a manual switch.

2 HOSES

Refill hose comes with a fixed connection to the Belshaw fryer of your choice, for fryer top-up in seconds.

Manually operated rinse hose flushes frying debris from the fryer.

LONG-LIFE FILTER

Synthetic filter needs replacement once per year in normal operation. Recycles fresher oil than a metal filter and is easier to clean than any other filter.
