Belshaw Brothers Inc. has an immediate opening for an experienced Customer Service Representative. Belshaw is a Auburn, WA based worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of donut production equipment.

Key Duties :
- Answers questions and provides information to customers, over the telephone, via email or through written correspondence, regarding company products, orders and shipments.
- Performs data entry including sales orders, sending order acknowledgements and proforma invoices to customers, invoicing, return authorizations, and miscellaneous administrative paperwork on a daily basis.
- Provides efficient and effective communications with customers, distributors and other incoming calls using multi-line phone system and routing to appropriate person/department. Backs up the Receptionist, including greeting visitors.
- Researches, analyzes, and remedies customer problems, within established guidelines.
- Collects customer contact and credit information to set-up new customers.
- Assists sales department in building and maintaining customer relationships and acts as inside sales support.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of Customer Service experience preferably in a manufacturing environment, including interaction with international and domestic customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in stressful situations.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and strong data entry ability.
- Ability to multi-task and work productively with frequent interruptions.
