Meter-Mixers
The DOMIX series of water meters utilize state-of-the-art technology to deliver the most accurate volume and temperature dispensing available in the bakery equipment market today. The key to this performance is a proprietary, cast, thermostatic mixing valve developed specifically for high-accuracy dosing up to 1,000 lbs (or 1,000 liters).
DOMIX 45 and 45A are microprocessor controlled and display water quantity and temperature in English/metric units; an 8-foot (2.5m) delivery hose with U-shaped end; resumption of interrupted delivery; and other useful features. Electronic burn-in, testing of all electronics and calibration is performed on every meter.
DOMIX 45 and 45A contain 80-program memory and an external temperature probe in addition to above features
DOMIX 45A offers a microdoser down to 10g / 1oz., and a pass-through valve for water before it reaches the correct temperature.
