Both models offer a 10-inch cutting board that provides a larger work area. All the food pans are recessed and covered by a polyurethane, insulated, telescoping lid that minimizes condensation and maintains food quality. And, with the front-breathing design, you can position your unit anywhere - perfect for small footprints where maximizing space is an issue.

Other standard features include an enclosed cabinet back, heavy-duty vinyl-coated adjustable shelves, an interior thermometer and an automatic non-electric condensate disposal system that requires no drains.
