A whole lot of production from a compact package - that is the idea behind Belshaw Cafe Bakery Equipment Solutions. A bevy of equipment options - refrigeration, convection ovens, sandwich prep, donut processing, and decorating equipment - can be used in a myriad of combinations to meet your specific bakery requirements.
Belshaw Cafe Bakery Equipment is designed to be installed and up and running in no time. Easy-to-use equipment minimizes training requirements and will allow your bakery to be quickly producing quality baked goods - without the need for a trained baker.
The engine of Belshaw's Cafe Bakery Equipment Solutions is the BX Convection Oven. Available in 4 models, the BX oven can be used in to produce everything from pastries to artisan breads. Every oven comes with steam capability standard and a choice between two electronic programmable controllers.
Equipment is divided into six zones (known as 'modules'):
- Oven module featuring the BX Oven, designed to excel in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Salad and sandwich module for preparation of deli items.
- Refrigeration module including reach-in, roll-in, and undercounter freezers and refrigerators.
- Proofing module
- 'Frozen-to-fresh' donut module for delicious, fresh-tasting donuts from frozen stock.
- Decorating and packaging module for icing, decorating and packaging products before sale or display.
Stainless fixtures and panelling integrate Cafe Bakery Equipment Solutions with a co-ordinated 'designer' look that's also easy to maintain.
