EXACT PORTION CONTROL

The Type K's plunger action is designed to deposit the same size and weight every time. Using 6 easily-adjusted dial settings:

1 9/16" plunger size makes donuts 14-22 oz. per dozen.
1 7/16" plunger size makes donuts 10-16 oz. per dozen.
1" plunger size makes mini donuts 3-5 oz. per dozen. (Note that this is a single plunger, not the double miniature plunger used on the Type K Mini Donut depositor.

6 DONUT VARIETIES

Plungers are available for Plain, Star, and French Cake donuts. Simple attachments to a plain plunger will produce Dunkerette, Ball or Nugget donuts.

CONVENIENT SIZE

One hopper holds 5.5 lbs (2.2 kg) and turns out 5 dozen average size donuts or 21 dozen average mini donuts. (depends on the size of the plunger and the weight setting).
