CONTROLLED COMBUSTION

Belshaw burner tube design generates savings by keeping more heat in the fryer kettle, not the exhaust. Tubes are stainless steel with cool-zone clearance.

Specify at time of purchase. If you require a changeover, a conversion kit is available from your distributor.

IGNITION

Model 718LCG - Electronic ignition 120/240V
Model 718LFG - Standing pilot (no electricity required)

CONSTRUCTION

Stainless steel kettle, cabinet and drain tray. Adjustable bolt-down legs. Drain tray opens left or right (specify at time of purchase).

SCREENS

2 nickel-plated donut frying screens with bolt-on heat dissipating handles. Alternatively, specify removable handles to allow screens to go into proofer.

FILTER

Compatible with SF18 Filter (filters and pumps back) and EZMelt 18 Melter-Filter (both optional). Fryer has exterior drain valve control.
